Save the receipt! Contact the RunPay customer support service by phone, email, or on the Facebook social network. In some cases, it is necessary to submit a statement at the central office or at one of the RunPay branches. The payment may be canceled:
- If the deadlines are met
- If the amount of the payment made or part of it was not used by the person whose data was entered incorrectly
- If the details differ by 1-3 characters
